BROOMFIELD TOWN SQUARE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1 and 2
(individually, “District No. 1” and “District No. 2”, and collectively, the “Districts”)
Pursuant to Section 32-1-207(3)(c), C.R.S., in the form prescribed by the City and County of Broomfield, the Districts hereby submit the following information and attachments.

B. Boundary Changes
There were no boundary changes made during 2025.
C. Intergovernmental Agreements entered into or terminated
Operations and Maintenance Intergovernmental Agreement for Broomfield Town Square, by and between the City and County of Broomfield, Colorado, Broomfield Town Square Alliance LLC, and the Districts dated February 25, 2025.
First Amendment to Exhibit D of the Operations and Maintenance Intergovernmental Agreement for Broomfield Town Square, by and between the City and County of Broomfield, Colorado, Broomfield Town Square Alliance LLC, and the Districts dated February 25, 2025.
D. The Districts’ Policies and Operations / Access information to obtain a copy of rules and regulations adopted
The Districts have not adopted any rules and regulations as of December 31, 2025. E. Summary of litigation involving the Districts’ public improvements
To our knowledge, the Districts were not involved in any litigation in 2025.
F. Status of the Districts’ construction of public improvements
There were no public improvements completed during 2025.
G. Conveyances or dedications of facilities or improvements, constructed by the Districts, to the City and County of Broomfield
No facilities or improvements, constructed by the Districts, have been conveyed or dedicated to the City and County of Broomfield.
