BROOMFIELD TOWN SQUARE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1 and 2 (the “Districts”)
Pursuant to Section 32-1-207(3)(c), C.R.S., in the form prescribed by the City and County of Broomfield, the Districts hereby submit the following information and attachments.

B. District Boundaries
There were no boundary changes made during 2023.

No intergovernmental agreements were entered into or terminated during 2023.
D. The Districts’ Policies and Operations / Access information to obtain a copy of rules and regulations adopted
The Districts have not adopted any rules and regulations as of December 31, 2023. In the event the Districts adopt such in the future, they may be accessed at the offices of McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C., 450 E. 17th Ave., Suite 400, Denver, Colorado 80203, or on the Districts’ website.
E. Summary of litigation involving the Districts’ public improvements
To our knowledge, the Districts were not involved in any litigation in 2023.
F. Status of the Districts’ construction of public improvements
There were no public improvements completed during 2023.
G. Conveyances or dedications of facilities or improvements, constructed by the Districts, to the City and County of Broomfield
No facilities or improvements, constructed by the Districts, have been conveyed or dedicated to the City and County of Broomfield.
H. Financial Information
District No. 1 - 2024 BudgetDistrict No. 2 - 2024 BudgetDebts: The Districts have not issued any debt to date.
Audits: The Districts’ Audit Exemption Applications for the year 2023 will be provided upon completion.
Current Assessed Value: Certifications of Valuation for 2023: District No. 1 - $0, District No. 2 - $9,110
I. Notice of any uncured events of default by the Districts, which continue beyond a ninety (90) day period, under any debt instrument
To our knowledge, there are no uncured events of default by the Districts which continue beyond a ninety (90) day period.
J. Any inability of the Districts to pay their obligations as they come due, in accordance with the terms of such obligations, which continues beyond a ninety (90) day period
To our knowledge, the Districts have been able to pay their obligations as they come due.
